SweetHeart Lettage® Tender Leaf Cabbage™ is the brand name of Bejo’s CARAFLEX pointed head cabbage variety. When cut in half, the delightful heart shape is revealed. The name “Lettage” was coined from lettuce and cabbage because the leaves are hardier than lettuce yet more tender than regular cabbage.
