Chef’s Selection™ Professional Cooking Shallots is the brand name of Bejo’s CONSERVOR shallot variety marketed to home chefs. A restaurant favorite in the Classic French “tear-drop” shape. They have a fresh pink color and excellent flavor. They’re larger and easier to peel than regular shallots because they have no skin between double bulbs.
